After quitting klonopin, I started looking for better alternatives for anxiety management and I’ve been taking a supplement that helps somewhat. It contains the following ingredients:

Magnesium (as magnesium chelate) 300 mg
    GABA 500 mg
    Taurine 450 mg
    L-Theanine 200 mg
    Relora? 150 mg
Holy Basil Leaf Extract 100 mg

Is any of these ingredients a no-go?

Also, do you have any suggestion for fighting anxiety?

Kelp, kudos for getting off klonopin – I’ve heard it can be sheer hell getting off. I’ve heard of some people having problematic reactions to GABA, but some people swear by it so who knows. It is a neurotransmitter so IMO that is always a bit riskier than an herb or vitamin, but why not go by your own biofeedback and maybe do some research so you know what to look out for.

For anxiety, two other things that can be really helpful are b-vitamins and omega-3s.

However, what I would really recommend is an old-school book called “Hope and Help for Your Nerves” by Claire Weekes. It is from the 60s and she kind of talks like you’re a kindergartener, but her methods are so effective.

The other thing that may ultimately be helpful is therapy. If your anxiety stems from something in your past, you may need help working through it.
