    Hey homepearle

Not much help with cellulite, but I have sweated a lot from my pits. I now know that it is a stress response (how I could be on the cold side and still sweating from my pits) but it wasn’t until I tried vegetarianism that the stink came on. It was horrible too, like still smell it in the shower as I’m washing my pits. Stuck with me as my metabolism got worse (2.5 years). Been eating for heat for about 9 months now and these last 3 months have been the most stink-free I’ve been in a long time. A shower and deodorant lasts me the whole day now!

I’d say stick with it because my temps aren’t even as high as yours right now (never below 97f now). It very well could be hormones because I’ve always had messed up hormones. I’m also eating more junk food then I have in my whole life. Mostly candy and pop, but I still stay mostly away from doughnuts and such (because I never feel like eating them or the PUFAs, not sure)

    T Will,

When I think about it the only times in my life that I have been stinky, other than recently, is when I have been really stressed out, especially when I am angry. So, the stress response makes sense. I haven’t been as smelly the last few days so maybe my body is becoming less stressed. Although, I was just on the phone with my insurance company and became very angry and now I am smelly!

yeah that makes sense. A big part of raising my metabolism is finally recognizing when my body is stressed out. I might not feel stressed out, but I can tell that my body is. I assume that as our metabolisms heal, that stress wont release the stink as quickly.
