I’ve been getting pretty consistent body temperature readings for about 3 weeks now. My morning temp is usually 98.0-98.2. I’ve been eating a lot more than I had been previously (especially warming foods) and I’ve gained a few pounds, but I’m not worried about weight gain. I’m still within a healthy weight range for my height.
Now I’m just wondering if my body temperature will go up any higher? For reference, I’m 5’2″, female, about 115 lbs.
How long did it take for you to reach your highest body temperature? Did it rise a significant amount each week?
