    Here is me 6 months ago at 135 pounds
    Bench press: 125

    Here is me now at 205 pounds
    Bench Press: 215 pounds
    Also my squat has made an amazing improvement along with all my other lifts!

    My arms my look flabby in this pic but when I flex they are rock hard muscle! The problem is I have gained a lot of fat! :( I have followed the 180 degree lifestyle and this is where it has gotten me!

    My question to you is where should I go from here?


    I’d say don’t stop what your doing. Your body looks awesome! If you hadn’t mentioned the weight difference between the first and second photo, I would have guessed you only gained between 20 to 30 pounds. The first photo was a boy’s body and the second photo is definitely the body of a man. Great job!

    If you don’t mind me asking, what type of weight training program do you follow? Are there any other improvements that your seeing as well, besides the gains in muscle strength?
