I’d say don’t stop what your doing. Your body looks awesome! If you hadn’t mentioned the weight difference between the first and second photo, I would have guessed you only gained between 20 to 30 pounds. The first photo was a boy’s body and the second photo is definitely the body of a man. Great job!
If you don’t mind me asking, what type of weight training program do you follow? Are there any other improvements that your seeing as well, besides the gains in muscle strength?
