Hi everyone,
my heart is completely set on a 1920s Victorian home that definitely needs some major structural love.
The original stained-glass windows and wrap-around porch are absolutely breathtaking, but the outdated knob-and-tube wiring and ancient plumbing systems are giving me serious anxiety.
I came across similar vintage properties listed under Gary Wales Realtor, and it made me wonder if the unique charm is truly worth the inevitable renovation headaches.
For those who braved a historical restoration, did you end up trapped in a bottomless financial money pit, or did the historic preservation pay off?
Thanksin advance.
