    It is conflicting to find out the truth as some sources say that carbohydrates reduce cortisol while other sources claim that carbs cause cortisol to increase

    Yah I had always read that carbs, particularly simple sugars stressed out the adrenals and caused adrenaline to be released. After reading 12 Paleo Myths, i was surprised to find out apparently it’s just the opposite. Who knows haha
