1. Waking temp: 97’s. During the day when I get to 98.6, sometimes my feet are ice cold. Is it just adrenal exhaustion?
2. Pizza and ice cream both lower my temp. I can eat a whole pizza without any liquid and still be freezing.
3. Water – Sometimes when I drink a quart of water at night, I can be toasty warm in the morning. Yet, sometimes when I drink zero liquids at dinner, I wake up in the middle of the night peeing clear.. what the heck?
I’ve been doing this for awhile, and I really want it to work. I just seem to be opposite and it’s driving me crazy. Delayed reactions, food allergies, too much fat/protein… ?
And is there a good ratio of sugar/starch/protein/fat we should be eating?
