Hi Everyone. I’ve been “eating for heat” for 2 months. Today I ate my pre-breakfast, but missed my real one. I was starving by 11:00am, practically shaking from hunger. I should mention my 20 month old son still nurses and he had nursed a few times in the morning. So I headed to McDonalds and ate a huge lunch. My feet still feel cold! Why?
That’s weird they would still be cold after a big feeter heater from Ronald. Part of it is the pivotal morning hours when most people are the most crash-prone, another is probably just doing something out of sync with what your body is adjusted and acclimated to. Anyway, don’t miss your real one anymore!
