I have read several of Matt’s books now and am still not quite sure of a few things.
Am I correct for a female you need to eat 3000-4000 calories a day. Do you do this until you reach 98F. What do you do after that?
He talks a lot about cold hands and feet. I don’t think I have cold hands and feet at all. Would this mean my metabolism is not that bad? I have measured my temperatures and they range from 36.5 (97.7), to 36.3 (97.34).
