3 lbs of frozen chicken thighs separated
1 rectangle of cream cheese
1/2 stick of salted butter
6 oz of your favorite hot sauce
Combine everything but the chicken in the crock pot on high until it’s all creamy and melty. You can of course do this is a pot much more quickly but I don’t want extra dishes. Add the chicken and stir. Cover and cook on low 4-5 hours. Serve over rice, quinoa, chips or shred and make sandwiches.
Had this for breakfast, took my temp 30 minutes later and it was 98.4. First time it has been that high since January when I started this!
