Well this is weird. On any diet it is hard for me eat less than 1500 kcal, today I have really been eating, even chocolate, and it’s 1600. Must be in my mind. Tomorrow I’m going to eat apple pastries and chipotle mayo (not together), and if that is not too much, I start eating anything I want from that day on, forever. Maybe my body is meant to be this size or is this just a beginners “problem”?
