I don’t actually take my temperature, but my body goes through highs and lows throughout the day. AC in the car is almost always a bit much for me… I only put it on very low in my car. I get cold very easily in other people’s cars. If I am not moving I get chilly.. especially hands and feet (quit smoking 3.5 weeks ago so maybe it will improve). BUT at night I am a furnace and during naps as well. My fianc? complains that I will get into bed cold and then he will become overwhelmed with heat as I fall asleep. I hardly wake up with severe night sweats anymore, but sleeping triggers heat and sometimes a rapid heart beat. Any ideas?

I’m the same. I’m assuming you’re working through recovery and eating, eating, eating right now? I’ve increased my meal plan and am doing no exercise. (Sooo hard!) Anyhow, I know that night sweats can be attributed to the refeeding process, the actual speeding up of metabolism. I generally feel like my heart is beating stronger and faster, and at night I’m so hot as well.

There’s some good info and threads on it over at Your Eatopia. Are you there as well?

Yes, I have not posted on Eatopia since the forums re-opened but I have been looking around. I am a year into what Gwyneth would call ‘quasi’ recovery. I have not followed her guidelines. I do suggest you stick with eating, resting, and no exercise.

I think I am most concerned about not always feeling the heat but my fianc? feeling it. I need to start monitoring my temperatures!
