Hey everyone, I’m wondering if there’s anyone that lives in LA that would like to exercise together? I’m in Santa Monica. I LOVE to exercise but prefer to do it with other people. I was doing crossfit for a few years and I love long distance running and zumba and all those cardio classes but those are out for me now. I’m looking to start doing strength training exercises with heavy (but not too heavy) weights and not to failure. I also love to walk and hike so please let me know if you’re interested!
