    How long did you wait untill you exercised again? We’re you weight stable? At a healthy temperature? Also, will exercising too early cause more weight gain and a higher overshoot?

    I answered this on your other post. Just do some light weight training with low reps and lots of time in between sets. No heavy breathing, straining, grunting, etc. You will still get the benefits even though it isn’t grueling.
