Hi, My mother is taking care of my grandparents. They are old and require someone always to take care of them. So my mom’s job is extremely physical, not only speed walking but turning them, lifting them and standing for continued periods of time.
She is getting frequently intense upper back pain. We tried several physical therapists to heal the back pain, but it didn’t act favourably.
