I have always been warm, I wear shorts and tshirt in winter here in South Africa, our winters are quite mild but everyone else seems to cover up.
I struggle when I have to wear a suit to a wedding etc, I’m pouring sweat and feel claustrophobic :/
Anyway after reading Matt’s books (Eating for heat and Diet recovery) I started measuring my temperature. I average about 36.3 (celcius) and highest I have seen is about 36.8.
I am quite confused as I always feel so hot but im not near 37 degrees.
I feel quite stressed, high cortisol all the time
Thought I would throw this out here and see the comments, maybe I should be drinking MORE liquids?
