I’ve always heard that flax seeds are a great source of omega 3’s. I used to keep them in the freezer, grind them and have some in the morning in oatmeal or smoothies.
However, I’ve read on this website that flax seed oil is very high in omega 6 and should be avoided. Which is it? I just bought a jar of peanut butter made with flax seed oil thinking it would be better than the typical pb with palm oil, but maybe I am wrong.
