I was in a bad mood before with cold feet and so i decided to find a comfy spot and then had a foot bath, just a big bowl of hot water. in about 5 minutes my mood turned comepletely calm and fet good. I had water retention in my stomach and legs and it’s gone right away? i just needed to go toilet after and the pee was yellow :) this is a great destress technique i am going to try it again before bed
Foot baths are great. I use epsom salts in my foot baths. I also sometimes add baking soda with the epsom salts. It’s fantastic! I think it helps my sleep. It definitely helps me feel more relaxed and probably improves my mood (I’ll have to ask my partner if that is true!)
