Force eat during stress?

    I’ve been under acute stress for the past 6 weeks or so…had been refeeding since February. The stress has twisted my gut and made food sound awful at various meal times.

    Should I be forcing it, or letting my body relax before eating?

    Remembering to eat was hard enough before, but I had been rebuilding the habit, esp. breakfast. Now I’m hoping I haven’t reverted too far.
