I am reading Diet Recovery and started RRARF today. One thing I wanted to clarify was, is fructose fine on this program?
In the kindle book, it lists fruit and fruit juices as fine during the 30 day RRARF. But I’ve read elsewhere that Matt said to avoid fructose, as any sweetness increases the AM ratio.
What is the current information/plan? Is fruit and fructose okay on RRARF, or not?
Matt has no problem with fructose anymore. He used to in his old material.
He even said in the “Eat for Heat” book that he still consumes some products that contain HFCS. But fructose from fruits and sugar are definitely okay to consume.
