I have been experiencing some symptoms that I think may be gall bladder stress.

I am wondering if anyone else experienced this during their re-feeding experience? If so what did you do about it? Did it pass?

I have been doing this for about 5-6 weeks. I am noticing positives, but the discomfort I am still experiencing (that I believe to be gall bladder) I am a bit stressed about, and I feel it is limiting my calorie intake. My waking temp is about 97 and my day temp is around 98.
I am noticing now my hands and feet warmth is starting to stabilise a bit. I am peeing quite a lot still but it is of higher concentration. My nails and hair grow like crazy. Initial aches and pains are fading except this damn gall bladder/liver feeling.

I am experiencing aching right side abdominal region referring into back. Slight pain around right scapula region. I sometimes feel sick after a big meal. Blaoting and gas. The usual poor digestion (it has improved since I started thought)
In the first couple of weeks of refeed I would shiver and shake and feel sick after dinner but this has passed.

Someone mentioned eating beats to see if stomach acid was low. And yes I pee pink after beats. So I guess my stomach acid is low.
I had not experienced this before refeeding, so Im wondering if it is the over burden of calories etc?

Id just like to hear some experience, advice, discussion before taking any medical intervention.
