I just posted this in drugs and supplements, but it occurred to me that this might be a good women’s health topic. I am still recovering from the pill and have been thinking a multi might be helpful. My ob-gyn recommended a pre-natal because they often have more nutrients, and I know they can often be of higher-value as well. I am not trying to be pregnant (I am actually trying not to get pregnant!). Does anyone have recommendations for good ones?
