I have read that green bananas has one of the highest contents of resistant starch(which leads to butyric acid production), will this mean that the eventual problems of fructose and potassium(eat for heat mentions this) be outweighed? Is however green bananas the perfect cheat food? Haagen dasz has been mentioned by Matt stone due to the butyric acic content. A banana split here would be a metabolic boost dessert. or what?
