I fell off the bandwagon some weeks back ater coming on well. Without going into details I am trying to increase more carbs in my diet and reduce the fat and protein. I found that too much F&P was slowing down my digestion and just felt pretty bad.
So I have increased my carbs but I feel lethargic and headachey ater eating them. Did / does anyone else feel the same as well? Is this a transition period.
I had a carby based breakast and after I did not feel great. FYI this was a single boiled egg to start, one cup of oats, one cup of semi skimmed goats milk (I dont like full fat dairy) 3 dried apricots, 1 tsp cinnamon, 1tsp of raw cacao powder. To some on here that is probably not a massive carb breakast but it adds up to around 80g carbs.
