Check out this article. A former cast member of season 1 (from Extreme Makeover: Weight Loss Edition) is calling them out and whistleblowing on all the unhealthy, extreme, and fake methods they used on all of them. It’s horrible how they abuse these poor people!

    Matt Stone

Nice find. I was wondering when watching the show how the trainer managed to “live” with 10 different contestants for 3 months all in one season! This makes a lot more sense.

Matt, in the process of eating for heat for heal the metabolism, if you mess up one day does it screw up the whole thing or majorly set back? i am feeling really good today and i am wondering if it is just a coincidence or if it is actually a result of the months effort i have put in. i am wondering if tomorrow i would just as likely feel crap again.

You want to be on the lookup for a general trend upward. Day to day you may feel better or worse, but if you’re on the right path, you’ll be seeing improvements over time.
