From what I know so far he seems to recommend increasing your calories with a heavy emphasis on carbs as a sort of ‘reverse diet’ – you get your carbs as high as you can until you stop gaining, maintain that for a month or so and then begin to decrease carbs to lose fat, however because of your increased metabolism you can eat more calories to lose weight. Just thought I’d let y’all know about it in case anyone else wanted to have a look through the videos!
