Drug screening test at work..

Hey, it has been long since I posted something on this forum. Today I’m here to seek an urgent suggestion from you guys.
I was working as a temporary employee at my work and soon I’m going to be promoted as a permanent employee and going to start work on a client’s job site. There are some formalities to clear, before the official announcement of the same. According to my company’s policies, testing for drug or alcohol use sometimes takes place before a person is promoted to a better post.
I’d like to have an At Home Drug Test. So that if it requires I can send the sample to an official laboratory for further confirmation. I have done a bit of online reading and found a few authoritative medical diagnostic products for urine drug screening. The reviews indicate the products are more than 99 percent accurate, yet I want to know from people who have any similar experience!
So tell me guys do you have any experience of taking an At home drug test? If so, please suggest me some trustworthy products and tell me how accurate was the test?!
