    Hello again,

I usually have pretty high temps at night (high for me anyway). I’m currently 98.4 which is actually one of the highest temps I’ve had ever. But its really strange because I feel like I’m freezing cold. My hands, nose and feet are ice. There’s nothing I can do to feel warm right now. I ate some cheese and triscuits because this combo usually works wonders for me, but I’m still feeling frigid, and my temp is still a steady 98.4

    Any thoughts?

Sounds to me like stress hormones are high. Adrenaline can elevate temperature, while your hands/feet/nose remain cold.
