Has anyone had trouble working out once their temp is up? My afternoon temp is usually in the 99’s now and if I workout I get so hot and sweaty! Yesterday I had to stop after 20 minutes. Anyone else have this issue or have advice?

I’m exercising inside btw with the AC on.

Hi there, It is not good to exercise in an AC room. After all sweating is good, you are loosing your fat by sweating.

The best way for improving heat tolerance and also decreasing the risk of heat illness is to gradually acclimate yourself to exercising in hot environments, a process that takes 7 to 14 days. “Don’t go out and run for an hour in 100-degree weather right at the onset,” says Crandall.
