I have a friend working in a reputable spa. We often visit in the evening. Yesterday she massaged my shoulders due to shoulder pain and recommended to do lymphatic drainage treatment to flush out the toxins present in the body. She also shares her working experience regarding the lymphatic drainage treatment in the spa. But she couldn’t tell me about what they were. For example, how she releases toxins in our body and what toxins would be released? Is there any science behind this? Can anyone explain this in detail?
