Does anybody know about this. I have a muscle twitch in my right leg, outer thigh area, just forward of being on the side. It’s one specific muscle fiber that is twitching and this spot seems prone to muscle twitches. It’s become more prominent of late. Is this a nutrient issue? Stress issue? Sleep issue? How can I make it stop.
It could be a combination of all three you listed. I find that taking magnesium has helped my leg muscle twitches. There is something called Natural Calm that I take before bed or even when I’ve noticed extra twitching, I’ll take some. Sleep and stress are culprits too.
