This one is specifically related to Gulf War Illness, but I still thought it was inneresting given I’m eating for heat & (finally) watching my morning temps rise, my old-man fingers (arthritis) disappear & just generally feel so much better. I love being a “hot” chick with happy cells. That plus Danny Roddy’s & Ray Peat’s focus on the overall health of the cell being key.
