It varies for each individual. Only through experimentation can you find out the correct values for yourself. If following your instincts leads you to a ratio which makes you feel good, I don’t think there’s anything to worry about.
You asked before about a 2000 cal diet. If you eat 2000 cal, you could try doing %60 carbs which is 1200 cal or 300 grams. But I wouldn’t worry to much about it like Alatoras is saying.
