Whatsup y’all. Lately I’ve been working on letting go of the pent up anger and hurt I have and practicing forgiveness. I’ve been using a couple of “self help” books as guides.
Anyone worked at this before?
What are your takes on the connection between mental/soul well being and the well being of the physical body?
PS- I started having diarrhea not too long after I started doing this. Does that mean anything to you?
