Guys, I’ve decided to open my own private clinic in Dubai. The way I see it, the States are already packed with medical facilities and trying to compete there would be brutal. Dubai’s got room for new clinics and specialists. So I’m making the move. While my paperwork for the clinic is still being processed over there, I figured I’d start looking for a place to live. I want something decent right off the bat, so I’ve been thinking penthouses. Where do I even look for that kind of property out there?
I think you’ll be just fine over there. All kinds of businesses have already made the move to the UAE, but healthcare is still lagging behind. Getting a new clinic up and running there shouldn’t be a problem. As for the housing, it really comes down to what you’re looking for. Some people go for penthouses right in the center, two-story with a pool and a view of the water. Others can only afford something like that on the outskirts. Take a look at Emirates Estate, you can get a rough idea of prices there.
If you tossed out a ballpark number, a budget you’re actually working with, it might be easier to point you in the right direction. Though honestly, asking about money feels a little off, so forget I said that. Either way, there are penthouses for people with serious money in different parts of the city.
