Okay, i feel my metabolism is fine. i don’t even eat over 2000 calories a day. But as for hormone balance. how many actual grams in carbohydrates should i be eating just to be healthy. Like how many do we actually need a day without comprimising health. Is over 100 a day enough? Please dont give me the “maximum metoblic heat” answer, just a sensible answer for someone who doesnt like eating heaps.
