ParticipantOkay it has been almost a month that i have been eating whatever i want and watching my fluid intake. I looked in the mirror today and was happy to see my stomach is starting to flatten out again! and you can see the line down the middle of my back and my back dimples! you couldn’t see those since when i started this. i am losing the weight :) i also want to add i havent been getting to sleep til early hours of morning when i am really really tired but i have been getting enough hours and i have still been losing fat! my arms feel more muscly and i havent been doing any exercise. i know for aboslute certain the weight is coming off now :) i have been eating lollies chocolate pasta with cream tonnes of icecream this is so awesome.
something i reccomend with sleep is aking sure it is pitch dark from sleep til wake. i have put sheets over my windows to make room darker and wearing a sleep mask and i think it is important, then when yoiur ready to wake get some light on.

ParticipantThis is so great. I don’t feel scared to eat abosultely anything. and i mean anything. I have onyl written three ingrediants on my shopping list so far and they are cream, chocolate, butter, and willy wonka licorices sherbit fizz flavour. :)
before this, just over a month ago i was eating salad, eggs, lean chicken and coconut oil everyday and other things i diddn’t like. i have a new rule now and it is if it doesn’t taste good then i don’t have to even eat it :)

ParticipantI’ve been eating loads of anything I want for the past 5 months and only now seem to have stopped gaining! The weight I have stabilized though is still 11 pounds heavier than my pre-dieting self (5`2, 120 pounds pre diet, 131 now). I could get used to this shape, but still hope to lose at least 7 of those to control my gigantic butt and spilling love handles. Health first, but I want to look good, too, if I am not asking too much :) I have tiny boobs, arms and lower legs, so it is aaal in the trunk.

ParticipantCaz, how do you think magnesium helps you with weight loss? And which one do you take? thanks!

Participantmagnesium is majorly anti stress. :) it soothes nervous tension and supports quality sleep. but it depends what one you take. i take one in new zealand by goodhealth. http://www.healthpost.co.nz/supplements-and-natural-health/minerals/magnesium/magnesium-boost-ghmg?gclid=CPT3yZ2XrrgCFYIVpQodFmsAbQ

ParticipantCaz, what exactly are your secretes? I have just piled on another kilo totalling at 63,4 kg at 160 cm and I am doing it for only about a month like yourself. Went up from 57 kg to 63,4 kg and am petrified of gaining anymore!!!!!!!!!

ParticipantHAhaha Matt…I’ll bite. I know I should not complain, it is just that I am very petite and shy, and this beast has a 105cm circumference, that gets too much attention and doesn’t fit any store bought dress :P
I am really glad I am maintaining weight, though, and eating all I want. Life just flows much better!
Now I am busting my ass and the rest of me with Kettlebells and medballs. A lot more fun than lowcarbing!!

ParticipantScarletsmum – I used to stay on 55 kg pre diet, went down to 49 kg and after eating loads of food shot up to 63 kg as well. We are the same height. Now I have stabilized at 59,5 kg and really wonder if this is forever or if I could redistribute this weight a little with exercise. I guess this is still better than being stuck in the restricting-binging see-saw!

ParticipantMTizo,
that’s great to hear! Good for you to have finally stabilised. But I guess you also have the accompanying temperatures, which I don’t. And I’m breastfeeding and not sleeping, so I’m taking it easy now on the food and just watching my fluid intake for now.
