Hey all, I have been experiencing slight discomfort in my lower back for a while now. I was cleaning my apartment yesterday and by the time I went to sleep, I couldn’t lay down properly. The lower part of my back’s buttocks and middle spine is hurting every time I sit or stand. Could someone help me with some remedies or solutions to this? It is affecting my day-to-day activity.

Sorry to hear about your condition. I experience the same problem. I am having work from home due to the situation of the pandemic. It means long hours of sitting and it is directly affecting my back and spine. I started to apply cloth with hot water to reduce the inflammation. It worked for some time but then again due to the strain, the pain started to come back after a while. I couldn’t get sleep with this properly and it was affecting me badly. I decided to consult a physician and he recommended me to do some exercises and forwarded me to a specialist for the same. It has been almost 3 months and now it has been halted because of the increase in the COVID crisis. But it has been of great relief for me. I recommend you seek immediate medical attention before it gets worse.

    Hello there,
I know how painful it is for you because I had this back pain last year, and I know how difficult it is for you to do your routine work with it. I used Eros Fitness when I was in pain. They gave me some exercises to help me get rid of my back pain. And I recommend you try some back pain exercises because they will help you relax in your daily life.
