I have finished reading Diet Recovery and Eat for Heat and wondering whether The ‘maxercise’ described in Diet Recovery is still the way to go for metabolism supporting exercise.
I think in DR 1 he mentions maxercise more than in DR 2. Either way, your best bet is probably a combo of HIIT and weight-training. I know in DR 2 he mentions ‘static holds,’ but I haven’t tried that. I’ll be going to the gym tomorrow so I’m gonna test it out after I do my regular sets.
