    Hi guys,

I am getting better and better about the no-emotions-attached-eating thing! Overdid it a few times, got over it and now I am even doing some calorie tracking for fun, no obsessions in sight (I am shooting for 2200 cal, following Go Kaleo’s website advice).

So, now that I am eating whatever, whenever I am hungry, I notice a very funny pattern – just wondering if I should try to change it or just go with what feels right!

7:00 or 8:00 – I eat as soon as I wake up, but no matter what and how much of it I do eat, I am hungry again at 10:50 (on the dot!), which is when I have, gasp…LUNCH!!

After that, I get pretty full and will be hungry again about 17:00, when I have dinner. Just before bed, I feel like something carby, a fruit, or warm milk, which I do have and then sleep fine.

I feel really good doing this. Before, when I had a full meal at 12:00 or 13:00, I felt sluggish and tired, almost coma-like until 16:00 in the afternoon.

Is there something wrong with my metabolism or am I just wired like an old dairy farmer?

    Thanks!

I wouldn’t stress about the specific hours you’re hungry. Sounds like you have a pretty good, consistent routine based on your internal cues. I say stick with it, and adjust if need be based on our biofeedback, daily patterns, etc. But no need to impose a strict timetable purely put of a sense of propriety.

    Keep on trucking!
