Today marks one month doing my 180. I’ve been dieting since I was 7 (I’m 29!). It felt so wrong every single day but I stopped listening to those voices and just ate. I am shocked that I haven’t gained any weight.
I have so much energy. I went from 2 Starbucks Trenta ice coffees to a small cup in the morning. I haven’t had to take my afternoon ADHD meds. I just feel amazing.
Im eating probably 3 times what I was eating and my stomach actually feels flatter. I’m a 180 convert for sure!
Great! I think many mental problems are diet related, I don’t mean just nutrition, but eating too little and not often enough and trying to control that is really stressful. I’m overweight anyway, so what does five more kilos matter if I can have a healthy mind.
2 months in, still doing well. I’m exercising more and feeling my body get stronger but after 20 years of being a dieter it’s hard to lose the weight slow. It’s almost a daily battle not to jump on a diet (I’m an educator so I don’t work in the summer) but I’m sticking with it.
