medical alert system

My 48-year-old wife recently fell when she was in the toilet. She hit her head and sprained her wrist. She was bleeding and in pain. Thankfully, I was at home and was able to get medical help at the right time. The paramedics made us aware that there are several medical alert systems available nowadays. If any accident occurs, they could reach in no time with the help in a push of a button. We searched online for these and came across an emergency medical alert system device. Has anyone bought these alert systems?
