Hi,
I’ve been eating for heat for three months. (Female, early 30s.) Generally everything is improving – gained weight, energy, sex drive up, GI tract working again.
The last few night I’ve been waking up around 3am feeling too hot. It’s about 75 degrees in the room because summer is setting in. All I have is a thin sheet. Without the sheet I am too cold, but with the sheet I am roasting. Additionally my whole body aches once I wake up – especially my hips and shoulders. No matter what I do, I can’t get comfy and fall back asleep.
Thoughts?
