I just got my second period after having amenorrhea for 3 years. I tried everything from Chris Kresser’s healthy baby code to acupuncture to healers, etc but the thing that worked was eating 2,500+ cals (probably more like 3000 average), eating everything and resting. Once I did that I got my period in less than a month. I’ve kept on eating and getting rid of food anxiety surrounding gluten and other “toxins” (that was really helped once I read Matt’s paleo book) and have recently been watching my fluid intake and my temperature has been getting higher and higher. This works!
