I started popping my neck as an anxious habit/tic around last summer. It began with a slow pace of popping, then increased to hundreds of times every day for about a year. My neck muscles are so tense/overtaxed all of the time that it’s affecting everything I do. It’s slowed down to maybe 100 times or so a day (as stress and tension mount with school, life, etc), but the short of it is that my neck muscles are so tense/overtaxed all of the time that it’s affecting everything I do. One of my friends suggested physiotherapy(https://www.physiomobility.com/pelvic-floor-physiotherapy-toronto/
) would help me to get relief from this problem. Has anyone had any prior experience in physiotherapy for neck pain?
I’m eagerly waiting for your reply!
