ParticipantHey! Everyone I am Jennifer. I am 35 years old. I live with my family in Mississauga. I travel in my car and also I am a speed driver. One day, while traveling from Ajax to Mississauga, I met with an accident. Nothing serious happened, but I got a lower back pain which became very severe as time passed. There was a dislocation. I underwent many treatments and massage therapies. Till now, I don’t feel any relief. I resigned from my job. After the accident, I was in complete bed rest for one month. Now I am able to walk, but I can’t sit for more than 15 minutes. If I sit for a long time, my back pain will get severe. Self-drive is impossible for me now. One of my friends suggested me to undergo the physiotherapy rehabilitation in Mississauga ( http://www.physionow.ca/services/physiotherapy/ ) . Her aunt had gone through the same situation and got a complete recovery. So I am planning to go there. Share your views..

ParticipantHi Jennifer, physiotherapy is really effective in treating common back pain. So it’s a good choice. Make sure you are going to a good physiotherapist.

ParticipantHello Jennifer, how are you? If you have not yet relief in your back pain, Do not lose hope! you may try some new treatments, can I share my experience with you? Those who have this problem only know how it is painful. Those people can not walk properly or they can sit up. Along with this, they also feel quite stressful.
After a long research on this disease and the advice of some experienced doctors may help you. Have you heard about Yoga? If not yet then no worries, You may visit a few Yoga sources where you will know everything about Yoga.
