I just had real pizza for the first time in probably 4 years last night and it was fabulous! There’s a place near us that does a gluten free crust and I’d been ordering that with no cheese. The crust was all soggy, and there was no cheese to hold toppings on. It was really sad. That first bite of doughy cheesy deliciousness last night was heavenly. Here’s to no longer settling for sub-par replacement foods!
Ha! Made pizza for dinner – basil, olives, good mozarella – simple and delicious. I was never a big fan of pizza, but not being “allowed” to have it for a while makes me really appreciate it now.
I ate a medium pizza for dinner a couple of nights ago. I agree – after eating “crestless” pizza or other imitations for so long, I really enjoyed that pizza!
