I have finally upped my protein levels and got hit with some serious extreme hunger. Is this normal? Also, getting hot at night and racing heart. Thanks
It seems doubtful that increased protein alone would cause those symptoms. Did you make other changes at the same time, like lowering carbs or total calories?
I have to drink 2 glasses of water at night not to burn up and have a racing heart. I don’t drink it all together or I would end up needing to pee. For example 1 glass an hour before sleep and then another when I’m about to go to sleep.
