    I have this thing. Sometimes if I think on urination well then I feel a little need to urinate. The problem is that I can’t distinguish if is a real need or a psycological thing… So the number of “elimination” and the hours between them can change in response at this condition…
    Matt says that elimination must be one every 4 or 6 hours, but with this psychological stuff and also other situations like shower or the time of pooping in which I urinate, this thing is not possible xD


    Anyone with the same thing? :)


    I have only been doing this for about 6 weeks so I am still urinating a lot. I am not sure as to how long it takes before the system balances out and I stop peeing as much.

    I am noticing that I am slowly beginning to handle fluids a little better. I tend to urinate less in the morning, but after lunch its about every 2 hours.

    I wouldn’t over think it. As your metabolism rises and your body heals I bet you will start peeing less. For now I guess it is important to have a carb/salt snack if you are peeing clear.

    Just keep at it and try not to stress brother!
