Isn’t h. pylori a kind of yeast that can grow in the body?
I used to have candida in my gut which went away after starting eat for heat and getting my temperatures up. The test back then said that I had no good bacteria and candida overgrowth. I barely ate carbs back then, drank lots of water, ate fruit, the anti eat for heat program /:
Have your temperatures come up yet?
H. Pylori is an infection I believe from bugs that sort of burrow in the lining of the stomach. I think it research indicates 50% of the population has it but it only causes issues for some people. My temps are good, I am a recovery anorexic so I am not sure how it differs from those who were chronic dieters. I’m sure it’s all the same.
I wouldn’t worry too much about it and keep building your body. You can always look into some home remedies like mastic gum. But wouldn’t it be great if getting the temperatures/immunity up would take care of this problem? Keep us updated.
No H.Pylori, Thyroid is fine, blood sugar good, EVERYTHING IS NORMAL. I guess I will deal with the acid reflux separately. Not sure about the extreme feelings of heat, rapid heart rate, tightness in chest. UGH
Strange, could it be anxiety? I’m reading this book on nerves and fear. And how a lot of symptoms are connected to that. When I get triggered and am scared my belly churns and my hands and feet get cold. The book mentions your symptoms. Maybe observe if there is an emotional theme tied to them.
